West Midlands Combined Authority is seeking an Assistant Organisation Design & Transformation Practitioner to turn complex workforce data into practical organisational options. This 12‑month fixed-term role sits in the Organisation Design & Transformation team and supports OD reviews, design sprints and transformation activity.

You will produce insight-led options, dashboards and business cases for senior stakeholders, collaborating across People & Culture, PMO, Finance, Tech & Insight and

Qualifications

Experience of data collection, analysis and reporting within HR/OD contexts.
Ability to translate diagnostic findings into actionable organisational options.
Experience producing clear reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Provide specialist organisation design analysis and option development.
Translate data into clear options covering structures, roles and cost.
Produce option analysis, insight packs and business case materials for senior stakeholders.
Support OD diagnostics using qualitative and quantitative data.
