Job summary

West Midlands Combined Authority seeks an Assistant OD Partner (Culture) to help deliver organisational development, learning and culture initiatives across the organisation. You will coordinate learning content, support onboarding and work with senior leaders to drive an inclusive, high-performing culture.

You will analyse culture and learning data, support mentoring and coaching resources, and help ensure value for money through efficient programme delivery and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering learning, OD, engagement or culture programmes in a complex organisation.
• Understanding of OD, HR, EDI and culture practices and embedding values.
• Experience with data and digital systems (e.g., LMS) for analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of inclusive organisational development, learning, engagement and culture initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and OD programmes, culture activity and engagement campaigns.
• Support inductions and onboarding, coordinating engagement with senior leaders.
• Collaborate across OD, Learning, Inclusion and People & Culture teams to promote inclusive practice.
• Collect, analyse and report on learning, engagement and culture data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Support development of learning resources, e-learning, guides and toolkits.
• Assist with workshops, events, networking and team development activities.
• Ensure value for money and continuous improvement through appropriate use of resources and third-party suppliers.
