Job summary

Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust seeks a senior leader to join the Care Group/Corporate leadership team as a People and Change partner. You will work with the leadership team to drive forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce, embedding good people practice and championing the people agenda.

You will translate strategic priorities into effective People/OD strategies, lead culture and leadership development, and promote equality, diversity and inclusion

Qualifications

Provide expert advice on national developments in workforce, including employment law, benchmarking and innovation.
Lead on development activities to enhance culture and leadership within the care group.
Embed good people practice and champion the people agenda.
Support forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce.

Responsibilities

Proactively work with the leadership team to support forward planning, modernisation, engagement and performance of the workforce.
Influence and drive business objectives and workforce related plans and deliver against the People Strategy and Care Group/Corporate people priorities.
Translate strategic priorities into effective people management & OD strategies within care group and corporate services.
Lead on development activities to enhance culture and leadership within the care group.
