Job summary

United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced OD professional to lead key programmes across the Lincolnshire Group, advancing a compassionate and inclusive culture aligned with the NHS People Promise and the Group's objectives.

You will provide internal consultancy to leaders, design engagement interventions, and plan and evaluate OD strategies to support leadership development and performance improvement across Lincolnshire.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, delivery and implementation of agreed OD projects and interventions.
• Provide professional advice and expertise to support leaders on OD interventions.
• Design and carry out engagement interventions across the Group, including NHS Staff Survey analysis.
• Design, plan and deliver training packages for leaders and colleagues on change management, behaviours and leadership capability.
• Support Senior leaders to enable culture change through behavioural change and performance improvement.
