WR Logistics is seeking an Import Operations Coordinator for its Chelmsford-based team. You will manage end-to-end ocean import shipments, coordinating customers, overseas agents, and transport providers to ensure on-time delivery and accurate billing.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong knowledge of the ocean import process.
• Excellent communication with customers, suppliers and agents.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import process from arrival to delivery.
• Provide regular updates to customers and clients.
• Coordinate with overseas agents, suppliers, freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Ensure all shipping and import documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Manage costings and invoicing for shipments.
