Job summary

WR Logistics in Feltham near Heathrow is seeking an experienced Ocean Export Coordinator to manage shipments from booking through to final delivery. The role covers FCL and LCL movements, export documentation, and close cooperation with customers, shipping lines and overseas agents.

Qualifications

• Previous ocean freight export experience is essential.
• Understanding end-to-end export procedures.
• Experience handling FCL and LCL shipments.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Good attention to detail and organisation.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage ocean export shipments from booking to final delivery.
• Handle FCL and LCL movements.
• Prepare and check export documentation.
• Complete shipping instructions and bills of lading.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, hauliers and overseas agents.
• Arrange collections and monitor shipments.
• Provide customers with shipment updates.
• Produce quotations and check supplier costs.
• Complete invoicing and ensure files are accurate and profitable.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records within the freight management system.
