Qualifications
- Experience in distribution of chemical products.
- Experience coordinating international freight by road, sea and/or air.
- Knowledge of customs-clearance and import/export documentation.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments by road, sea and air.
- Manage customs-clearance documentation and import/export processes.
- Prepare and check shipping docs to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Negotiate rates with transport and freight partners.
- Maintain ERP and Excel records and monitor delivery schedules.
- Resolve delays and documentation queries proactively.
- Work with internal teams to meet deadlines.
