Get Recruited Ltd in Chigwell is seeking a Logistics Coordinator / Import & Export Coordinator for chemical distribution. You will manage international shipments by road, sea and air, handling customs and shipping documentation.

The role requires coordinating with freight forwarders, negotiating rates, and maintaining ERP and Excel records to keep schedules on track. Hybrid working, excellent benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in distribution of chemical products.
• Experience coordinating international freight by road, sea and/or air.
• Knowledge of customs-clearance and import/export documentation.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments by road, sea and air.
• Manage customs-clearance documentation and import/export processes.
• Prepare and check shipping docs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Negotiate rates with transport and freight partners.
• Maintain ERP and Excel records and monitor delivery schedules.
• Resolve delays and documentation queries proactively.
• Work with internal teams to meet deadlines.
