Ocean Export Clerk

My client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an Ocean Export Clerk, having worked in a start to finish role previously. Team players and people who have an energetic and enthusiastic attitude to work would be preferred.

Responsibilities

  1. Arranging LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations
  2. Arranging collections with selected transport companies
  3. Effectively liaising with other branches, carriers, and sales department
  4. Providing an excellent customer service experience
  5. Handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, issuing pre-alerts
  6. Knowledge of the physical loading of containers beneficial
  7. Customs clearance and entry within Sequoia or other customs system

Desired Characteristics

  1. Energetic and enthusiastic candidates are preferred
  2. Proactive, dynamic, and willing to take responsibility

Package

  1. Monday to Friday (Apply online only) hrs (37.5 hrs per week)
  2. 28k-38k DOE
