Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to join the Front Door Team within Adult Social Care. You will carry out assessments and interventions to help residents regain independence and stay connected to their communities.

Hybrid working with a strong focus on early, short-term support, and collaboration with Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and other professionals. Applicants from health and social care backgrounds are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in health and social care settings or related support roles.
• Understanding of occupational therapy principles and approaches.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assessments and interventions for residents with physical disabilities.
• Collaborate with other professionals to achieve identified outcomes.
• Hold and manage a caseload.
