Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead is seeking an Assistant Team Manager - Occupational Therapy to join the Adult Social Care Operations team. The role combines advanced OT practice with operational leadership for the Front Door duty, triage and allocations.

You will oversee referrals, provide professional leadership to staff, and drive person-centred responses for residents. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will support day‑to‑day management, contribute to service improvement, and work

Qualifications

• HCPC registration and a recognised Occupational Therapy degree.
• Significant post-qualification experience in adult social care.
• Excellent communication, leadership and partnership-working skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Front Door OT duty, triage and allocation function.
• Provide professional leadership and supervision to OT staff.
• Manage complex caseload and safeguard and MCA work as needed.
• Collaborate with health colleagues and multidisciplinary teams to achieve outcomes.
