Job summary

Job Opportunity: Administrator within Adult Social Care, Isle of Wight

We have an exciting opportunity within Adult Social Care Isle of Wight. We are seeking a self-motivated administrator with excellent communication skills to join our community occupational therapy service. The role includes, but is not limited to:

  1. Answering phones, taking referrals, and signposting as needed.
  2. Assisting in triaging referrals into the service.
  3. Managing the inbox as the point of contact and dealing with enquiries.
  4. Managing service statistics and outcomes for wider Adult Social Care reports.
