A leading educational institution in Slindon is looking for an Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic team on a part-time basis. The position involves supporting students with special educational needs, collaborating with teachers to achieve person-centered outcomes, and requires owning transport. Pay: NHS Equivalent College Salary Scale: SCT4 £27,193 -SCT5 £37,396 per annum pending experience (FTE)

Hours: Part Time 2 days, Term Time Only (34 Weeks/Year) plus the Safeguarding INSET. Working day 8.15am–4.30pm
Contract: Fixed Term 12 Month Contract
We are seeking an innovative and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our vibrant, friendly, positive and forward-looking team on a part time, temporary basis to cover Maternity Leave. You will be joining a dynamic learning support team which includes Speech & Language Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Dyslexia specialists and intervention Learning Support Assistants (iLSAs). You will play an integral part in delivering the OT provision and working with our teachers/learning support assistants to support pupils and their parents/carers to achieve person-centered outcomes relevant to Education Health Care Plans. The ideal candidate will have experience of working with children and young people with a range of special educational needs within an educational setting.
Own transport is required as there is no public transport available.
