Linq Healthcare are partnered with one of the UK's leading recovery and rehabilitation services, who are looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join their team

You would be responsible for ensuring effective and high-quality delivery of the Occupational Therapy group programme and individual patient and family support. You will be joining a service for adults and adolescents with Mental Health issues.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently in a specialist clinical area, developing neurological rehabilitation skills under senior OT supervision, while accepting professional accountability.
• Manage and prioritize a caseload of individuals with complex needs or challenging behaviour, with support from a senior OT.
• Complete the OT process using evidence-based, person-centred principles to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate interventions, with senior OT guidance.
• Address occupational skill deficits to enable service users in self-care, productivity, education, and leisure.
• Develop and hand over care programs to support staff, monitor progress, and adjust interventions for effectiveness, under senior OT supervision.
