Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking an O2R Recovery Coordinator to join our Criminal Justice team in Walsall. You will engage with offenders, coordinate recovery pathways and work with partners to reduce harm and support reintegration.

You will manage referrals from initial contact through to community support, participate in care planning, maintain records to high standards, and require DBS checks and police vetting. The role offers full-time hours and a supportive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience in substance misuse or similar field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proficient IT skills.
• Ability to work independently with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Work with West Midlands Police and stakeholders in Walsall.
• Link police/court, custody suites, prison and community pathways.
• Provide assessment and information for those joining the O2R programme.
• Support individualised care planning and reviews with partners and service users.
