Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Criminal Justice Recovery Coordinator to assess and engage service users across Widnes and Runcorn, ensuring access to appropriate interventions. You will work under the Criminal Justice Team Leader, delivering intensive case management and psychosocial support to reduce reoffending and aid community reintegration.

The role requires experience with substance misuse, excellent communication, and collaboration with probation and police partners.

Qualifications

• Empathy and understanding of substance misuse issues.
• Clear verbal and written communication; IT proficiency.
• Self-motivation,organisation and task prioritisation.
• Knowledge of mental health interventions and services.
• Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable and open to change while prioritising service users' needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive assessment and case management to offenders with complex needs.
• Utilise group facilitation to support rehabilitation and desistance.
• Support Community Order treatments including DRR, ATR, RAR, IOM cohorts and Test on Arrest.
• Deliver holistic psychosocial interventions to engage service users.
• Collaborate with National Probation Service, Court and Prison teams.
• Promote harm minimisation and social reintegration into the community.
