NHS Jobs is seeking a dedicated administrator to support the Nursing, Quality and Patient Safety Team in Gateshead. This role coordinates forward work programmes for patient safety, quality governance and patient experience, arranging meetings and preparing packs and minutes with high attention to detail.

You will handle diary coordination, organize rooms or virtual facilities, and maintain action logs and case records while supporting senior nursing leaders with timely, accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating meetings and agendas.
• Prepare meeting packs and minutes with accuracy.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and care.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate the forward work programmes for designated patient safety, quality governance and patient experience meetings.
• Arrange meetings, rooms or virtual facilities, calendar invitations and attendance lists.
• Agree draft agendas with meeting chairs and request reports and papers from responsible leads.
• Monitor submissions and compile accurate meeting packs within required timescales.
• Attend designated meetings and produce clear minutes or action notes.
• Provide administrative support to the Deputy Chief Nurse and Associate Director of Nursing for Patient Safety.
