Job summary

CSH Surrey, an NHS community services provider in Surrey, is seeking an administrator to support the Quality and Clinical Governance team. The role involves handling incidents, coordinating audits, and data analysis under the PSIRF framework.

You will support two Operational Leads with diaries, papers and action tracking, and deputise for the Improvement and Safety Manager, ensuring information governance and service knowledge are maintained.

Qualifications

• Evidence of administrative knowledge and skills equivalent to the qualification level
• Experience delivering admin tasks in patient/service-focused environments
• Knowledge of data protection legislation and information governance requirements

Responsibilities

• Handle incidents politely and confidentially; log those sent to operational teams
• Investigate incidents under PSIRF and support audits and reports
• Analyse complex statistical and audit information
• Coordinate quality improvement projects, audits and data collection
• Maintain standardised filing and information governance processes
• Maintain PSIRF and patient safety pages on the website and Blink
• Provide admin support to two Operational Leads and deputise for the Improvement and Safety Manager
