About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Nursing Home Manager to lead a warm and welcoming nursing home in Plymouth. Our client provides high-quality residential and nursing care with a strong focus on supporting individuals living with dementia.

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical, personal, and social care, while fostering a positive, supportive environment for both residents and staff. Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the home ensuring compliance with CQC standards
