Langford Park Care Home is seeking an experienced Admin Manager to oversee daily operations of the nursing home in Exeter. You will provide essential HR admin, payroll and financial support, and ensure IT systems support the home’s processes.

Working closely with the Home Manager, you will manage staff records, rosters, onboarding, and compliance, while maintaining high-quality resident care through efficient administration and data management.

Qualificações

• We are looking for an extremely organised individual with strong HR admin, payroll and finance background.
• NVQ in Business and Administration or equivalent is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and business systems/databases is essential.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate financial records and payroll data in collaboration with the Finance Department.
• Manage staff holidays and rota alongside the Home Manager.
• Oversee reception duties and assist with onboarding and DBS checks as needed.
• Support HR activities including new employee onboarding and changes in contracts.
