Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm environment for residents and staff.
• Manage enquiries and showrounds of the home.
• Drive occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
• Support resident and family feedback.
• Assist with recruitment of home staff.
• Prepare payroll for home-based staff.
• Provide HR guidance to employees.
• Ensure secure storage of personal files.
• Attend meetings and produce accurate notes.
• Complete staff rotas.
• Manage petty cash and resident fund accounts.
• Update staff training and appraisals.
• Guide on staff development opportunities.
