Job summary

Langford Park Nursing Home is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to lead and support our care team at the Exeter home. You’ll oversee clinical care, assess residents, and ensure standards meet CQC requirements.

We offer 36 hours, 3 nights per week with paid breaks and opportunities for career development. Join a patient‑centred team dedicated to improving residents’ quality of life.

Qualifications

• Valid RGN NMC Registration.
• Minimum 1 year's experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Clear understanding of CQC standards/ legislation.
• Flexible approach to the rota to meet the needs of the home

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality nursing care to residents in a care home setting.
• Clinical assessment of residents; plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Promote the rights and needs of residents, including those with dementia.
• Liaise with GPs and health professionals to support residents.
