Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Manage enquiries and showrounds for prospective families.
• Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
• Assist with recruitment and staff onboarding.
• Prepare payroll for home based staff.
• Provide HR advice and guidance.
• Ensure personal files are stored securely.
• Update training and appraisal records.
