Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing role.
• Previous involvement in HR administration and recruitment.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.
• Proficient user of Microsoft – specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Promote a warm and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
• Manage enquiries and showrounds for prospective families.
• Drive the occupancy and reputation of the Care Home.
• Support resident and family feedback with a focus on customer care.
• Assist with the recruitment of home staff.
• Payroll preparation for home based staff.
• Provide advice and guidance to employees using HR tools and resources.
• Ensure personal files are stored securely.
• Attend meetings and produce accurate notes.
• Manage safe contents and petty cash.
• Update ad-hoc training and appraisals on staff records.
