A Band 4 Nursing Associate role on the Adult Community Nursing Team. Work flexibly over a seven‑day period of cover 08:00‑20:30 hours. Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care within the District Nursing Team as delegated by the Registered Nurse.
  • Participate in the planning, development and evaluation of programmes of care to the practice population under the support/direction of the RN.
  • Carry out clinical skills using evidence‑based practice under RN direction.
  • Perform duties involving direct service users, with or without supervision, instructed by registered team members.
Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Newly qualified nurses are encouraged to apply.
  • A full driving licence and access to a vehicle essential for this role.
