Toad Hall Nursery Group in Wellingborough is seeking a Nursery Team Leader for the Baby Room to inspire a caring, confident team and deliver high-quality childcare.
The role requires a full Early Years qualification, baby room experience, and strong knowledge of EYFS and Ofsted. You will lead staff, ensure safety, and contribute to marketing activities within our growing nursery.

Ensuring that the EYFS is implemented and followed throughout the team to an exemplary standard.
Providing day-to-day leadership and management for the team and staff across the nursery as required.
Assisting in the effective use of social media and other marketing activities as required.
Located in Glenvale Park, our purpose-built nursery opened in December 2023 and features three spacious rooms and a large garden.
The nursery can accommodate up to 100 children per day, offering an engaging and enabling environment.
We provide free on-site parking, and the train station is just a 5-minute drive away for those using public transport.

A full and relevant Early Years qualification – Level 3 or above
Baby room experience
Room Leader experience as a minimum
An excellent working knowledge of the EYFS and the Ofsted inspection framework
Experience of people management and dealing with employee issues
A comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations
Working knowledge of employment legislation including equal opportunities legislation
To be fully trained in safeguarding and paediatric first aid
