Toad Hall Nursery in Wellingborough (NN8 6BQ) is seeking a Nursery Team Leader for the Baby Room. You will lead with kindness, confidence and creativity, inspiring your team to deliver high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS and Ofsted standards.
With Baby Room and Room Leader experience, you will manage daily operations, support staff development and help create a safe, happy environment for every child while upholding safeguarding and health & safety requirements.
