Base salary from £32,302.40 per annum

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead Quality and Compliance: Ensure the nursery meets all Ofsted, EYFS, and legislative requirements through high-quality practice, regular audits, and hands‑on support in rooms.
• Inspire and Support the Team: Engage actively with children’s learning and development while guiding, developing, and supporting staff across all areas — from daily practice to performance and wellbeing.
• Drive Success and Growth: Work closely with the Nursery Manager to manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing, contributing to a thriving, high‑quality setting for children and families.

Opened in 2024 on Ifield Road, just minutes from Crawley town centre, our nursery is set in a beautifully renovated Victorian home.

Children enjoy bright, modern, spacious rooms, including a dedicated art studio, and gardens with free‑flow access for year‑round outdoor exploration.
