Job summary

Starbank School in England is seeking an exceptional Early Years Practitioner to work with the class teacher and deliver the EYFS curriculum through purposeful play and high-quality interactions. You will have Level 3 EYFS qualification and experience with 3–5 year olds, plus a strong understanding of Development Matters and the EYFS Framework.

This role focuses on building routines, developing relationships across our school and Star community, and supporting young learners to succeed.

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS qualification (e.g. Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development)
• Experience of working with children aged 3–5 years
• Experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting
• Strong understanding of the EYFS Framework and Development Matters guidance

Starbank - Bierton Road (Primary) is looking for an exceptional Early Years Practitioner with a strong understanding of the EYFS Framework to work alongside the class teacher to deliver an ambitious Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum through purposeful play, high-quality interactions and strong routines.

You will have:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification recognised by the Department for Education (e.g. Level 3 NVQ in Children's Care, Learning and Development).
• Experience of working with children aged 3–5 years.
• Experience within a Nursery or Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development from ages 3–5 years.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS Framework and Development Matters guidance.
