Job summary

Small Heath Leadership Academy is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils and help create an outstanding learning environment.

You will work with pupils one-to-one, in small groups and in class, building positive relationships and supporting teaching staff.

Experience of working with children in a school setting and an NVQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant or equivalent are required.
