Job summary

Tong Leadership Academy is seeking a dedicated individual to provide tailored support to our pupils and to help create an outstanding learning environment. You will work closely with pupils, teachers and families to support learning and development.

The successful candidate will be a committed team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills and experience of supporting pupils with special educational needs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualification (NVQ level 3 or A level).
• Experience of working with children in a secondary school or other setting.
• Experience of supporting children with SEND.
• The ability to maintain positive relationships with students, parents and staff.
• The ability to work effectively within a team.
