Job summary

TeacherActive Limited in Exeter is seeking enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to join its network of nurseries across the area. You will support children aged 0–5, follow EYFS, and help create a safe, stimulating environment while engaging in play-based learning.

Flexible shifts, immediate start, and ongoing professional development with a dedicated consultant. Level 2/3 childcare or QTS required, plus experience in early years. Competitive pay and supportive team.

Qualifications

• Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualification, or QTS.
• Previous experience working within an Early Years or nursery setting.
• A genuine passion for working with young children.
• A caring, patient and enthusiastic personality.
• Confidence working with different age groups, from babies to preschool.
• Flexibility, reliability and the ability to adapt to different nursery environments.
• A good understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS framework.

Responsibilities

£14.25 – £16.00 per hour | Flexible Shifts | Immediate Start
