Job summary

Inspire Nursery is seeking a passionate Nursery Room Leader to manage the day-to-day running of the designated room in a Liverpool setting. You will lead by example, mentor colleagues and ensure the highest standards of care, learning and development for every child.

You will oversee wellbeing, safeguarding and provide inspiring learning experiences, with opportunities for genuine career progression and ongoing professional training.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

What We’re Looking For
