Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Nursery Room Leader in Atherton (M46) to lead a busy early years room with high standards of care and development. You will mentor colleagues and create a warm, engaging environment where children feel safe and valued.

The ideal candidate holds an NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, has EYFS knowledge and proven leadership; you will safeguard children and drive quality outcomes through strong organisation and clear communication.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
