Flow Recruitment Ltd is supporting a nurturing nursery to recruit a dedicated Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring high standards of care, learning and development while guiding a team of practitioners.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Childcare, EYFS knowledge, and excellent leadership and safeguarding commitments. The nursery offers career progression, ongoing training, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, rewards, and a supportive

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent)
• Experience in an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
