Flow Recruitment Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a client nursery in Bolton for a Nursery Room Leader. The role focuses on high-quality care, learning and development, and mentoring of staff in a caring, stimulating setting.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Leadership, communication and organisational skills.

The Role

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting

• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
