Job summary

Flow Recruitment Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to drive the day-to-day running of a dedicated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development. You will lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
