Job summary

The Learning Experience in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to guide and inspire a team in our Weybridge, Surrey setting. You will plan and deliver activities meeting EYFS developmental needs, ensuring a safe, nurturing environment and strong family partnerships.

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey

Your Role

As a Room Leader, You Will

About You

• Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification – essential
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
