The Learning Experience UK is seeking an experienced Room Leader in East Finchley to deliver high-quality early years care and education. You will plan activities aligned with EYFS, foster a nurturing learning environment, and track children's milestones while maintaining strong family communication.

Salary: Up to £34,778 per year (depending on qualifications & experience)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Your Role

As a Room Leader, you will:

• Plan and deliver activities that meet children’s developmental needs

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge ofEYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care
