The Learning Experience in East Finchley is seeking an experienced Curriculum Room Leader to design and deliver the EYFS curriculum, guiding a dedicated team to support curious, confident children in a high-quality nursery. This role includes a welcome bonus of £2,500 and a salary up to £34,778 per year, with on-site work and a strong focus on professional growth through funded qualifications and CPD.

Qualifications

• Full & relevant Level 3 or above Early Years qualification - essential.
• Previous experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator).
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection.

Responsabilités

• Lead the design, implementation and evaluation of the room's curriculum in line with EYFS principles and the setting's curriculum intent.
• Ensure a clear progression of learning, building knowledge and confidence in the curriculum with the team.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, stimulating environment in line with EYFS standards.
• Monitor, record, and celebrate milestones in children's development.
• Communicate effectively with families to build strong relationships.
• Lead and support colleagues to maintain high-quality care and learning.
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding and child protection policies.

Your Role
