Job summary

The Learning Experience UK in Weybridge is seeking an experienced Nursery Room Leader to oversee early years activities and lead a team of practitioners in a welcoming setting. You will plan and deliver activities aligned with EYFS, monitor progress, liaise with families, and ensure safeguarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in an Early Years setting (ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse, or Early Years Educator)
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and child protection
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for early childhood education
• A commitment to delivering the highest standards of care

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Location: Weybridge, Surrey
