Allscreens Nationwide Ltd seeks a Nursery Room Leader to manage the daily running of a room, upholding high standards of care and development. You will mentor staff and foster a nurturing, safe environment where children thrive and feel inspired.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, excellent communication, and safeguarding responsibilities in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.

Formación

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent.
• Experience in an Early Years setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting welfare of children.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day running of your allocated room and maintain high standards of care, learning and development.
• Support and mentor colleagues and create a nurturing environment for children to feel happy and safe.
• Lead by example to ensure children are inspired to reach their full potential.

The Role

As a Nursery Room Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of your allocated room, ensuring the highest standards of care, learning and development are maintained.

You’ll lead by example, support and mentor colleagues, and create a nurturing environment where children feel happy, safe and inspired to reach their full potential.

What We’re Looking For

• NVQ Level 3 in Childcare (or an equivalent recognised qualification)
• Experience working within an Early Years setting
• Strong knowledge of child development and the EYFS
• A passion for delivering outstanding care and learning experiences
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
