Little Clovers Nursery in Leeds is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Room Leader to lead one of our nursery rooms and inspire a team of practitioners to deliver outstanding care and education.

You will create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can thrive, supporting staff development, overseeing planning and assessment, and ensuring the highest standards of practice in line with EYFS.

Qualifikationen

• Full and relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 desirable).
• Previous experience working in an early years setting.
• Experience leading a room or supervising staff in a nursery environment.
• Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
• Experience of observations, assessments and planning for children's learning.
• Ability to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Willingness to undertake an Enhanced DBS check
