Nursery Room Leader | From £30,000 | 40 Hours per Week

Our has a strong focus on creating a nurturing and engaging environment for children. They are looking for a Nursery Room Leader to manage their Over 2s room, delivering high-quality care and early years education. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Level 3 Early Years practitioner to take a leadership role in a beautiful setting with a wonderful garden, fostering learning through play and child-led exploration.

What We’re Looking For
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience working in early years or nursery settings.
  • Knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Passion for supporting children’s development and creating inclusive learning environments.
  • Ability to mentor and inspire team members.
