Job summary

St George's Nursery Group in the East Midlands is seeking an experienced Regional Support Manager to oversee multiple nursery settings, provide leadership cover, and uphold outstanding care and EYFS standards. You will drive safeguarding, Ofsted readiness, recruitment, and staff development across sites, traveling across the East Midlands with a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred).
• Experienced Nursery Manager or strong Deputy Manager.
• Excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be happy to travel across the East Midlands.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursery settings in the absence of Nursery Managers across the group.
• Support teams to maintain outstanding care, safeguarding, and EYFS standards.
• Assist with Ofsted readiness, audits, recruitment, and staff development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and nursery teams.
• Support operational improvements and maintain consistency across settings.
• Act as a role model for St. George's values, culture, and high-quality practice.

Regional Support Manager St George's Nursery Group | East Midlands.

Salary: up to £40,000 per year.

Contract: Permanent Full-time 40 hrs a week Mon-Friday.

• Hold a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (Level 5 preferred)
• Have excellent knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted expectations.
• Are adaptable, organised, and confident working across multiple settings
• Have strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence and are happy to travel across the East Midlands.
