Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited in Leeds is seeking a Senior Nursery Manager to oversee quality, compliance and curriculum across eight nurseries in the Leeds catchment. You will lead a team, drive improvement, and work with Area Managers reporting to the Operations Director.

The ideal candidate holds Level 3+ Early Years qualifications, at least seven years in early years including three in management, and proven experience with Ofsted inspections, safeguarding and budgets.

Qualifications

• Level 3+ Early Years / Childcare qualification
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in early years, including 3 years in a management or team-leading role
• At least 1 year leading across multiple settings
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections, compliance, audits
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety practices
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy and budgets
• Car Driver

Responsibilities

• Lead operations across 8+ nurseries in Leeds and surrounding areas
• Ensure high-quality care and learning while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements
• Drive quality improvements across settings and support Area Managers
• Coordinate with Area Managers and report to Operations Director

Are you looking for a new challenge and are a multi site experienced Senior Nursery Manager, our clients are looking for an experienced professional who is passionate about Quality, Compliance and Curriculum within Nursery Settings. They are offering c£55k plus travel for this role in the Leeds and surrounding areas. You must be doing a similar role as this is to cover more than 8 settings, working alongside the Area Managers and reporting to the Operations Director.
