Job summary

JEM Childcare Solutions Limited in Leicester, Leicestershire is seeking a Nursery Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a busy nursery south of the city. The role is a full-time position with a salary of around £44,000 depending on experience.

Candidates should have Level 3+ Early Years qualifications and a minimum of four years in the sector, including two in management, plus Ofsted experience. You will drive high standards of care, ensure EYFS compliance, manage occupancy and budgets,

Qualifications

• Level 3 or higher Early Years / Childcare qualification.
• Minimum 4 years in early years, including 2 years in a management or team-leading role.
• Experience leading or supporting Ofsted inspections.
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding and health & safety practices.
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy and budgets.
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring statutory compliance.

South of Leicester City, our Clients large and busy setting are seeking a passionate and experienced Nursery Manager to support the day to day running of this great Nursery. With great transport links working a 40 hour week, salary is c£44k depending on experience.

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
