JEM Childcare Solutions Limited is seeking a Regional Support Manager to cover Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. You will work with the Operations Manager to support in nurseries, cover managers in their absence, and drive operational improvements while upholding EYFS standards and safeguarding.

You will need a driver and a passion for delivering outstanding early years care. The role offers a competitive salary around £40k plus a joining bonus, reflecting experience and regional needs.

Competenze

• Level 3+ Early Years / Childcare qualification is required.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, with 2+ years in management or team-leading roles.
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections and safeguarding knowledge.
• Strong EYFS, health & safety practices, budgets, and occupancy management.
• Must be a car driver.

Our clients are a growing provider and are looking for Regional Support Managers to support within the areas, Nottinghamshire and Leicestershire. Working alongside the Operations Manager, you will support in nurseries where needed, cover managers in their absence, support within settings on operational improvements and maintain consistency throughout the settings you are supporting. Assist with Ofsted audits, and readiness, supporting teams to maintain outstanding care, safeguarding ad EYFS Standards focusing on quality, curriculum and compliance.

You will need to have experience of multi-site setting support, a car driver, and passionate about supporting the team in the growth of the Nursery Group. Salary is c£40k depending on experience, together with a joining bonus.

Essential for the Support Nursery Manager Role

• Level 3 or above Early Years / Childcare qualification (full and relevant)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in early years, including 2 years’ in a management or team-leading role, and at least 1 year as supporting and leading across multiple settings
• Experience leading Ofsted inspections
• Strong knowledge of EYFS, safeguarding, and health & safety practices
• Experience managing nursery teams, occupancy, and budgets
• Deliver high-quality care and learning while ensuring compliance with statutory requirements
