Job summary

Main Street Nursery School in Long Eaton, part of Storal, is recruiting for a full-time Early Years practitioner. You will plan activities, observe children's progress and provide loving personal care in a warm, play-based setting.

Using the Storal curriculum daily, you will foster confidence and resilience in children, support families, and contribute to a safe, nurturing environment with safeguarding at the core.

Qualifications

• Early Years Level 3 qualification required.
• Experience with all age groups in Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress for children.
• Deliver care and support personal hygiene and welfare.
• Apply the Storal curriculum every day.

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
