Job summary

Storal is seeking a full-time nursery practitioner at Tiny Tots Nursery School, Down Grange Farmhouse, Basingstoke. You will plan activities, observe progress and provide safe, caring, play-based learning for children over a 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday.

The role requires an Early Years qualification (Level 2/3) and experience with EYFS; a welcoming bonus of £1,000 is offered along with enhanced holidays, paid sick pay, and wellness days, plus PayCaptain access.

Qualifications

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3 or higher.
• Experience working with all age groups in Early Years settings.
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Plan activities and observe progress for children.
• Manage personal care and deliver play-based learning.
• Engage with families and apply the Storal pedagogy.

How you’ll spend your time here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.
You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.
