Job summary

Storal at Glebe Farm Nursery School, Lincoln, is seeking a part-time practitioner to support care and development for children. 15 hours per week with a welcoming, nurturing environment grounded in the Storal curriculum.

You will plan activities, observe progress and deliver personal care while engaging families and applying our pedagogy daily. This role emphasises empathy, safeguarding and helping children build confidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Early Years settings with various age groups.
• Familiarity with the EYFS framework is advantageous.

Nursery: Glebe Farm Nursery School, Heighington Rd, Lincoln, LN4 2RJ

Hours: Part Time, 15 hours per week

Salary: Up to £13.30 per hour dependent on experience and qualifications

How You’ll Spend Your Time Here

You’ll plan activities, observe progress and manage personal care for children. Applying the Storal curriculum & our pedagogy principles to our children daily.

Whilst seeking out learning opportunities in everyday routines such as mealtimes & transitions. Bonding with your children and their families by engaging in meaningful moments.

You’ll also deliver high levels of care and empathy, with an understanding that every opportunity can be a learning opportunity.

We’d love to talk to you if you have the following

• An Early Years qualification at Level 2/3
• Experience of working with all age groups within Early Years settings
• Knowledge of the EYFS framework would be advantageous
